13A Spartans Grabs Lead In Sixth Inning For Victory Over Eden Prairie

13A Spartans took the lead late in the game in a 13-8 victory over Eden Prairie on Thursday. The game was tied at four with 13A Spartans batting in the top of the sixth when Jayar Luedke singled off of #10, driving in one run.

Both offenses were strong at the plate as 13A Spartans collected 18 hits and Eden Prairie five

Eden Prairie captured the lead in the first inning. #12 drove in two when he singled in the first inning.

Kainen Nelson, Jayar Luedke, Wyatt Rosendale, Brenden Lysne, Aaren Schmotter, and Connor Mangan each collected multiple hits for 13A Spartans. Luedke and Nelson each managed three hits to lead 13A Spartans. 13A Spartans tore up the base paths, as four players stole at least two bases. Schmotter led the way with four.

Eden Prairie was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. #5 made the most plays with one. Eden Prairie stole 13 bases during the game as two players stole more than one. #1 led the way with four.
