The mandatory parent meeting will be held on March 18, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at VMCC Room #3. At least one parent of all 2019 IGHBA players must attend this meeting. Players are welcome to attend if they want but are not required. IGHBA staff will be available starting at 6:00 p.m. to start collecting required items. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m., so please plan accordingly.

We will be introducing our board and directors along with our 2019 coaches and providing information about the upcoming season. We will be collecting a number of items listed below. No players will be allowed to practice or play with having turned in these items.

We are asking each family to make a contribution to our concession stand for the upcoming 2019 tournaments. Last season we had each player donate Gatorade. In lieu of actual Gatorade, we are asking each player to donate $20 to go towards the purchase of Gatorade for the concession stand.

Items to bring to the meeting:

1. $200 volunteer deposit
2. Copy of each player's birth certificate
3. Any remaining registration payments
4. Signed IGHBA Player/Parent Code of Conduct (see below)
5. $20 concession stand contribution
6. Any unpaid uniform orders (new hat orders)
7. Shed waiver if not turned in
